1. Banana Puree

2. Peas Puree

Peas (मटर) dikhne me chote hote hai par isme nutrition bahut hote hai jaise ki Vitamin A,vitamin C,iron,calcium,protein.
 
Peas ki skin (छाल) baby ko nigal ne me problem kar sakti hai to aap jab puree banaye tab unko strain jrur kar le.
 

3. Baby Brown Rice Cereal 

Rice cereal common food hai jo baby ke liye digest karna easy hota hai.Brown rice me normal rice ke compare me jyada nutrition hote hai.
 
Aur aap rice cereal banate ho to wo thoda sa thin hi rakhiye usase baby ko nigal ne me asani rahe.
 

4. Sweet Potato Puree

5. Apple Puree
