1. Milk – दूध

2. Banana – केला 

Banana bhi calcium ka acha source hai to aapko bache ke diet me banana ko jarur shamil karna hai.agar aapka bacha banana nahi khata hai to aap use banana milk shake banake bhi pila sakte ho.

    3. Potato – आलू 

Potato me carbohydrate ki matra sari hoti hai jo bache ke weight ko badhane me madad karti hai. Aap chaho to bache ko potato chips ya aaloo ki sabji bana ke khila sakte ho.

    4. Egg- अंडा

Egg me bahut sara protine hota hai jo bache ke weight ko badhane me aur bache ko healthy rakhne me madad karta hai to aapko bache ke diet me egg ko shamil jrur karna hai. Agar aap vegetarian hai to aap egg ko skip kar sakte ho.

    5. Ragi – रागी

    6. Oats – ओट्स

    9. Fruits – फल
